Bariatric surgery is major, generally permanent surgery carrying real and occasionally serious risks. No nutritional or clinical prescriptions

We deliberately publish no calorie targets, portion volumes, gram counts, supplement dosages, or meal plans. Any such guidance must come from the surgical team and dietitian managing your care. Do not use this site as a source for post-operative nutritional instructions.

Not a healthcare provider or agent

We are a publisher. We do not perform procedures, employ clinicians, or act as anyone's agent. When we point toward providers or resources, verification remains your responsibility — our vetting guide exists to help you do it. Any care you receive is under agreement between you and that provider.
